Episode Summary
In the very first Simpsons episode, Christmas looks ruined: Homer gets no bonus, and Marge spends gift money on Bart’s tattoo removal. Homer secretly works as a mall Santa, but a failed dog-track bet brings home a stray greyhound instead. The family gains Santa’s Little Helper, making a funny, heartwarming holiday ending.
