Episode Summary
In this episode, when a summer blackout sparks crime in Springfield, Homer starts his own neighborhood security squad with Lenny, Carl, and Moe. They do such a great job that Homer becomes police chief! But when the mob comes after him, baby Maggie saves the day in a hilarious, action-packed Season 13 finale.
