Episode Summary
In "Homer the Smithers," Mr. Burns sends Smithers on vacation and hires Homer as his new assistant. Homer's clumsy, silly mistakes drive Burns crazy, making him miss Smithers. When Smithers returns, Burns yells at him, so Smithers quits. Kids will enjoy the silly mishaps and the very funny boss-employee chaos.
